I do believe that is what used to be the Vancouver Indy... moved inland to Edmonton.

Yes, it is the former Vancouver Indy and they had a Champ race car and a display booth at the just concluded BC Auto Dealer show. Cascar will be one of the support races this year and I believe FA also.
