Hey,

i've got all the pics in my computer, but the file sizes are too large to post here, anyone have a good means of reducing file size?

Use a graphics program like Photoshop or Fireworks to convert the files to JPEG format with 80% compression ratio and drop the resolution to 640x480. That should reduce even the largest image file to generally sub 150K files.
