hi guys,
first..who has rob mc cauly's e-mail..he is the registrar? no? need to cancel sep 14-15
and do i get a hard luck cancellation for sunday since i was not able to participate since my motor blew up?
anyone know?

Rob McAuley is indeed the registrar, and his email address is vicepresident@torontoautosportclub.ca.
As for the refund, well, that's not my department ;)

Adam - it's best to send an email to the registrar prior to the cutoff date to get a full refund. should be no problem for Sep 14/15 at this time.
As for the hard luck refund for sunday, the usual routine is to approach the event organizer with the request at the time in case anything needs to be verified and then follow up with an email to the registrar who will check with the organizer to make sure it qualifies.
Having read of your fire / full boost / wheelspin / bang exploits its sounds like a flimsy reason for a refund. You could just say the HADA weasels were too fast and I'm sure we'll give you a hard time! - Graham
