Yeah, its all 2005 stuff. I don't know where to find an up to date PIP list, either. I'm totally new to this stuff and having one location to find all the info I need would be nice. I don't like having to come to this forum to ask for everything, especially since I don't even know what i need to ask about!

What do I need for a first timer? I have attended the Solo1 School, so I have a 'free' event to use up (DDT, most likely). I have submitted my car to CCC. Do I need a licence? What's involved in that?

If someone knows of a website or a post covering everything a person would need to know between discovering solo on the website and sitting at the Start line, that would be nice. I would be right pissed if i went to the solo1 event and for some reason I couldn't race.

All good questions. I don't know where the current forms are located, as the site only has last years forms. There is an online PIP calculator, there should be a sticky link in this forum for it.

I'm sure all of us would benefit from the website being updated (believe me, having to e-mail everyone back with forms and info is not an easy task for me either.... http://www.casc.on.ca/forums/showthread.php?t=8245

It would be nice to have the site updated. Even if it was something simple like "yes we're active in 2006... site to be updated. Visit our forum at [link] and see events at [link]"

Last year was my first and the Solo site was great to see what I needed to get started. Not to be negative, but the current site would lead first time users to think SoloSprint was "out of business" in 2006.
