Skylines are cool. Not all they're made to be, but very very cool. I've raced against one twice (One Lap of America) and it blew a grand total of three motors in two years. Never finished.

I guess 600hp and 92 octane don't mix. :)

It was only somewhat competitive, FWIW.

yeah i saw that one in 1 lap..it is a very MILD skyline.. what we need is one of the built up japanese 1100 hp versions...

Yeah, but you need VP117 at trackside and three or four spare engines... transmissions... differentials... :) Drag racing and track racing are two different things... fairly easy to keep an 1100hp car together for 8 seconds, another thing entirely to keep one together for 5 minutes or more.
