2005 Worker Awards

What happened to the 2005 worker awards? I know there was a draw for the grand prize, which replaced the upper tier of award but so far, no one I know has recieved the usual award for 8 or more regional days worked... Just wondering....

Hi Pat

Just a thought since the worker retention awards have never come through for this year, what about crediting those that have worked regional events for the CASC Banquet.
In other words apply an arbitruary amount to each day of regionals, both Mosport and Shannonville and reduce our Banquet ticket cost by that amount. It would certainly help encourage some of us that find the cost of the tickets to be pretty high (although worth it).
It would still be nice to have the usual but if this is getting difficult for CASC to do then we have to look at a few alternatives, btw, we use this system for our end of year banquet.

Thanks for a great idea Barbara. We are awaiting the delivery of the award for 2005 and hope to have them this week, but I really like the idea for the banquet. I will bring it up to the team and see what we can do.
