Wanting to come out to Regional Solo 2

I've been racing at the club level for about 2 years now, and i was hoping to make a jump to the regionals level.... i was wondering do i need a C license before i can come out to these events? or can i just come, and drive what i bring....

Make sure you're a member of a CASC-OR club then come out and run what ya brung.

Be prepared to have some fun, too.
