does anyone know off a good book to get on setting up polaris clutches.
or anyone out there care to show what to look for or advice.

Up until last year I used to race sleds for a team, and we were sponsored by Dalton Industires Inc. who make high performance clutch components for sleds and now ATV's. Anyway let's just say that the sleds I raced, which used Dalton components spec'd by us with technical support from Dalton, were dominant in their classes for the 3 years I raced for these guys. We did LOTS of testing to develop some of their stuff (all Arctic Cat mind you) but they do make stuff for Polaris as well.
Ask to speak with Dale, he is great and will lead you in the right direction for your needs as to what components you might want. I would bet he'll fix you up.
