View Full Version : Rally lights for WRX

Can anybody advise me on where to go, who to contact, what to do and how to do it re adding some Hella or other lighting to a 2002 WRX. I live in the Barrie area but travel to Toronto daily so anywhere in the GTA is fine if nothing exists in north of the city. If they can be installed nice and clean I might want to just leave them on but I am willing to take advice on that.

My co-driver and I have done about 6 rally's so far, a few at night but I find the regular high beams don't really do a terrific job of it though it obviously can be done.

Try contacting Paul Henshall at http://www.hslrallysport.ca/
He does custom light bars for Subaru's (or any car actually). He's affordable and does an excellent high quality job.

+1 for paul, picked up a set of fogs from him and he also did fabrication and install.

Thanks again... I sent an email to HSL Rallysport yesterday but haven't heard back from him yet. The only other place I found as a possibility is Four Star Motor sports. Anybody know if they too do this kind of thing?

Another vote for Paul at HSL. Bought a Hella Rallye 500 kit from him for my wife's Impreza TS. The brackets were perfect and he even included a genuine OEM Subaru fog switch. The install literally took 30 minutes.

Thanks, I have booked a time to have Paul do the install of the lights for me early in October in time for the Lanark rally actually. Really nice guy on the phone and very helpful advice about lighting.... I am convinced!
