The above links will take you to albums with pictures from Saturday & Sunday's G70 races. If you want copies of any of them, all you have to do is contact me & tell me which ones. I'll either email them to you or arrange to get them to you in some other way.

Hey Vic,
Thanks for getting a few of the Big Cat, we were looking forward to playing with the M1's in the last race but a wheel failure ended our day. :(

Craz Azn, all the pictures are 1.2 to 1.4 mb in size with a few in the 2.4 mb range. If there is a particular picture(s) you are interested in, email me & I will send you the files. I am just an amateur so there is no charge for the pictures. If the files are too big to send you, I will put them on a CD & arrange to get them to you.
Steve, thanks for the comment. I love watching the Big Cat on the track & getting pictures of it right from that first picture with a towel covering the driver's window on a damp, foggy morning at Mosport in May through the Vintage Festival & Celebration. Wish I could have been there to see you play with the Trans Ams at the Glen! Hopefully next year Time Warp will have the #3 sorted out & we can watch the two Jaguars hunting Corvettes & M-1s!

Thanks, Volfie! I can only aspire to getting the quality pictures like you take!
After talking to many drivers, a common theme was they wanted good racing pictures not just individual cars. I tried to do more of that this time. I also started playing with the continuous shot setting usually 3 frames in a second & a half. It makes for interesting shots.
Again thanks for the use of the electricity...we're already looking forward to next season. Maybe if I can sweet talk the wife into it we will have a new trailer to park near you. Keep in touch in the off season.

Fantastic stuff again Vicsr44 !!
I really gained a huge liking for these older IMSA and T/A style G-70 class cars this year. They are beautiful cars' and the fact the owners/drivers pound the car's as hard as they do is remarkable. And they put on one heck of a good show.
Come next year I can't wait to see even more great stuff.
If I get to see the 2 Jag's, Ford Mustang Cobra, 2 m-1's, 1 BMW CSL 3.0, Porsche 935 slant nose's, the 914's, Datsun's and all them thundering Vette's and etc' together in one race' that would be a dream come true.:D

Hey Steve Moore,
Never did hear whether that 81 T/A program from R/A arrived safely? I will be on the lookout for more T/A stuff from that year.
Cheers,
Robert Barg

Hey Robert,
Sorry I thought I had e mailed you a thank you, yes we received it. You missed one hell of a show of Histroic Trans Am cars at the Glen in September. There were 40 Original T/A cars (66-72) we ran in Group 10 in the IMSA class and pulled out a class win.
Were headed down to Sebring in March to the SVRA event and to see Tullius. Thanks again we're still looking for Programs from the 81 T/A @ Portland, Laguna Seca, Lime Rock and Brainard.
Take Care
Steve & Andy
