This may be a long shot, but can anyone direct me to set of sponsor decals for a Player's/GM Camaro? Either N.O.S. or reproduction is fine with me. I have an '89 that I would like to return to its original appearence. I would be open to other years as well. I'm not 100% sure which decals were used in each year, but after going trough as many pictures as possible, and using Ron Fellows' car as a guide, I have a pretty good idea.
I need the large Player's decal for the door and nose, plus smaller decals from Sunoco, Delco, Parts to Go, and Goodyear.

Please let me know if anyone has any ideas.

Ted,

Try checking with the Canadian Motorsports Hall of Fame Archives, they may have a set put away that you could borrow as a template. Try Peter Klutt at Legendary he raced a Players car and they restore race cars as well so he may have a source for you.

If you are interested, I have an old Players Challenge Cardboard Display Poster in the Basement, it yours if you want it.

might help a bit...?

as for actually getting stickers, I don't really know. If you're good with photoshop, perhaps you could reproduce them...? Either way, if you get yourself some, be sure to take them somewhere that can scan and make copies.

Great ideas, I will follow them up and see where it gets me. The website link given has some great info on it! Steve, I'll PM you regarding the poster.
Thanks for your help, can't wait to join the G70 boys and girls next year!

Ted.

You should call me...I supplied GM Motorsport with series decals as well as lettering quite a few of the Players cars in the early years of the series while I was competing myself. I have (I think) all the old stuff still on file, and I have lots of photos. I'm still making race decals, just finishing a website dedicated to supplying racers from all series/classes with hard to find graphics.

I have 2 Players West series programs (Westwood) and 1 Players Newletter from 87. Are you looking for history on your particular car or just any Players GM info?

Anything to do with the series.
