My '03 F-150 rides on Goodyear god awful Wrangler RT-S tires.

Size 265/70 SR17
Service Description
Load Rating 113S SL
UTQG 340 A B
Max. Load 2535 lbs.
Max. Inflation Press.35 psi
Tread Depth 14/32
Tire Weight 39 lbs.
Rim Width Range 7-9"
Meas. Rim Width 8"
Sect. Width 10.7"
Tread Width NA
Overall Diam. 31.7"
Revs Per Mile 660

Now, is there a decent tire out there that I can replace these with? EVERY 265/70/17 tire seems to be designed the same with just stupid crappy specs. It's almost like they want car tires on these trucks. I'm not sure why not a single tire out there in this size cannot hold at least 35psi. It makes for a really crappy tire under loads, and it really squats the truck. Anything that is a 'more serious' tire seems to be a killer step up to a e-load LT tire. The designation on the side of the tire currently on the truck is a bloody "P"! Not even a D load tire.

Anybody got any suggestions?

I too have a '03 F150 that sees harsh northern Ontario winters and thousands of Km's of towing a heavy race trailer. I have been running the BF Goodrich All Terrrain T/A KO's for the last year now and they are simply the best truck tire I have ever had. Awesome traction in all weather and heavy duty construction.
