For anyone interested in this fine piece of race hardware, you can see pics of the car at http://www.mmcg.com/camaro.htm
Must Sell, The shop is too crowded.
Too many Sentra's, so little floor space.

Perry, could this be made road legal again? IF so what would it need? A friend might be interested in a Solo car, but can't afford a trailer and tow vehicle.

Marsh,
Sorry, it's totally track. Corey Cole has one that's still complete, but more expensive.

Very interesting.
Three years ago I saw an 88 GM Motorsports "350" IROC in the Auto Trader and went to have a look at it at Wayne's World Motors in Hamilton. It was painted yellow and had the roll cage removed, dash pad replaced and standard cloth seats put in. Had the GM Motorsports decal on the intake and CASC plaque on the firewall but I don't recall the serial number, but it had all the right RPO codes. Since I'd recently bought my present 85 IROC, which was in excellent condition, I was a bit put off by this one, which looked like it had been winter driven. I was also suspicious of the claim it was a 350, since everybody knows GM never made 350 5-speeds. To this day I regret not buying this car (the asking price was $3800). I still wonder what happened to it.
BTW, this was obviously street legal and e-tested, so that's no big deal to do.

In case some of the Hada dudes were wondering --It's not me.
Still a Honda freak --but did have a 6 cyl. Barracuda back in the 70's. --not exactly a handling or braking car. But it was cheap.

That's okay, I had a Sprite and an MGB in the sixties, then bought a Camaro in '68. I gave furrin cars another try with a 240Z in '73, which became an overheating rust bucket. That was my last new car. I still miss those first two.

In HADAland, AndyC is reffered to as Ole Yeller - and thus the possible confusion.
I figured it out though :D

So how did you get the name OLDYELLR-- must be some history to that ? Mine was given to to me because I'm an old fart [50 ++] and drive a yellow Integra Type R.

Great minds think alike! There is room for more than one 'old fart' with a yellow car ... welcome! Plus, you have the license plate!
