Will we have insight from CAC re: the Nationals rule set?
Is it to be aligned with SCCA in '07?

This info would be good to know ahead of time.

That's a big campus. Any help in reccomending the best place to park, and where in the B building the room might be located?

Tuesday night? Yes!

Is it to be aligned with SCCA in '07? No!

for those unable to attend... is there a call in number?? No!

Any help in reccomending the best place to park, and where in the B building the room might be located? Any lot will suffice, but the student lot access on the oposite side of the roundabout is the closest to the main entrance. There will be signs posted at the main entrance directing you to the room.

The room is wired (and wireless). If someone wants to bring a laptop ready to do Netmeeting, sure! If the projector isn't being used to display during the workshop, then the laptop running netmeeting can be projected so all can see the comments generated remotely.

Are we privy to ASN / CAC guidance re: '08?
Are they heading towards SCCA rules?

Basically... what is the present National direction, so that we can make an informed choice / decision?

Also - What is the present agenda for the meeting? (minus the topics that people have yet e-mail to you of course)

One of the attendees (and fellow competitors) is going to be able to set us up to have a conference call.

However, we need to know approximately how many people will be needing this service.

So, if anyone who is not attending (basically anyone who is greater than 100km away) could email Wes, we will set up a few lines for a call in conference call.

All Club Reps, that I have on file, for clubs that hosted Regional events this year have been notified via e-mail. Please talk to your club rep for an agenda and other informaiton. The agenda wil NOT be posted here for debate.

My CASC affiliated club did not host a casc-or regional event this year... so my club rep wouldn't have it...

Please e-mail me or PM me the agenda... or post it online for people to see with adequate time to prepare for the meeting.

Much thanks.

maybe its just me cause i'm a dumbass...

but why wouldn't ALL CASC club reps be invited... even more so..

why wouldn't a open invite be made to all CASC members to join in the call as well????

basically you're saying any club in the past who has/hasn't hosted a regional event will be out the loop for 2007

instead of the region having to go to clubs to ask them to host regional events.. things might go the otherway.. and clubs might bid (like the nationals) to host regional events

secondly... why wouldn't an agenda be posted before hand.. so people know what is on the table..

that way there is structure to the meeting.. and things don't go DNF

if people have individual issues with rules, classes or whatever..
it should be addressed at a different time

who likes going to a meeting at work, not knowing before hand what they're going to be talking about

So car on con call, we have:

If you've not sent your email to Wes for the con call, you will not be added to the conference bridge.

FYI: The conference bridge is a "toll free" number.

Thank you

Yeah, over 8500km, a low bandwidth wireless connection and two time zones away... and somebody has the nerve to say that only he and Scott were also at the AGM. Twice.

Thanks again, Joe. I'm glad I heard it. Well, most of it. :) Next time we'll have to conference in two laptops... one at the front of the room and one at the rear to pick up the quieter folk.
