The only rumour I have heard is that supposedly there will be a new soft-compound O32R ....same mould, new compound

maybe they've got DOT rating for the 038R? That's a nice looking tire and it's apparently much stickier than the 032R. It's standard equipment on the Lotus 340R and Elise I believe. I was shopping for a set last year for the OTC but couldn't find anything on this continent.

yokohama's "new" tire will be called AO32-R SC. It is the same tire, with softer compound. how much softer? no one knows yet...
