When class definitions are changed it definitely affects competitors no matter how they are defined. The new times set in 2012 had exactly the same discussion. It will benefit some and hurt others...

The yellow in the background was a sign in the background indicating that track conditions were wet and not a yellow flag sign for an incident.

In the video it looks like a flashing yellow...

Race Suit Repair?

I have to get a new zip put in a race suit. Anyone know of somewhere that can repair them properly?

Never had to get one repaired before. I'm assuming it requires nomex thread and a special zip?...

My vote is for separate practice and qualifying to allow for tuning, changes, fixing issues, scrubbing tires, etc.

I agree with Richard practice could be longer and qualifying shorter.

Actually it is exactly the opposite. The long track has a ton of passing opportunities when you know where to find them and tends to negate HP descrepancies within a class. A lower horsepower, but...

I drove a C5 Corvette at Mosport on Monday and I LIKED it. No it wasn't yours but thinking about it now maybe I should have gone over to gateway and seen if they wanted to rent it to me...

We did alot of testing prior to the 3 hr. Fuel consumption in the 1hr, pit stop time required just to stop and go, practice in and out of the car, calibrating the fuel level gauge, testing to see...

The reason for a mandatory pit stop was to allow cars with two drivers to compete on an even footing with single driver cars. Believe it or not the requirement to pit before 90 minutes...
