In case it helps I did contact Bicknells, and the are unaware of the rules around an FIA HANS.

SFI is every 5 years. If I do get my HANS device re-certified by Bicknell's an SFI tag will be...

Google maps has my tow at about 80 kms, and that’s fairly accurate. (Vaughan to CTMP) My trailer weighs 1500lbs.

Confirmation has been received. If your belt manufacture does offer rewebbing service then it is a viable option. The new web material will have a new SFI label giving another 5 years.

I have contacted the manufacturers / seller of my belts and they stated that they can do it, no issues there.
