We are very pleased to announce the birth of the Toyo Tires Spec Miata Championship presented by Atlantic Region Motorsports. This fantastic new 7 race series will take place at Atlantic Motorsport Park, Shubenacadie, Nova Scotia from May until October, 2011. The Series Sponsor is of course Toyo Tires. Spec Miata Road Racing has been very popular South of the border with over 4000 Miatas in competition. Finally it has come to Canada; and the East Coast!

The website will evolve and change as we announce new sponsors, add results, add picture gallery with team/driver information. A little more race weekend info; We are holding two double race events this year at Atlantic Motorsport Park in Nova Scotia. The dates are June 25/26 and August 20/21. The entry fee for the double events are $450. Race something else besides a Miata? No problem! Bring what you have. This will get you an insane amount of track time.

The double events offer the following races (and you can race in all of them, except SM if you dont have a Miata);
Saturday;
- 30 min. practice/qualifying session
- 15 lap Sprint Series A race
- 15 lap Sprint Series B race
- 10 lap Spec Miata race
- 1-hour enduro race
- 15 lap Unlimited race

Sunday;
- 30 min. practice/qualifying session
- 15 lap Sprint Series A race
- 15 lap Sprint Series B race
- 10 lap Spec Miata race
- 1-hour enduro race
- 15 lap Unlimited race

They are also talking about a practice session on Friday night too. So if you are looking for a motorsport vacation, pack her up and come play on our track!
