Brake Caliper Rebuilders?

Does anyone know of any decent places that rebuild/resurface brake calipers? The set I've got on my 944 Turbo have seen better days...

I have no personal experience, but a friend of mine says these guys are good:

if you have any mechanical experience, they are pretty easy to rebuild yourself. you can buy the kit from Porsche. Otherwise a straight reseal etc is not as imposing as it may seem.

I thought about that but I would need them resurfaced too, which is why I'm looking for a shop to do the work...

The calipers have some surface corrosion on them that is binding up the plates that hold the pads... I can't even swap in a new set of pads into these calipers as they won't fit! Even if I do get creative with grinding down the pad backing plates and tapping them in place with, say, a hammer, a full-thickness pad probably won't have enough clearance to fully release from the rotor... hence the need for a rebuild...

I'll call the shop in Oakville and see what they can do for me. Anyone know of any other shops?

We use Automotive Under Car on Denison Street in Markham. Usually done sameday. They also go under the name FWD (Front Wheel Drive Products)

Erik, Markus rebuilds calipers as well ... actually, I'm having a hard time thinking of anything on these cars that man doesn't do ...
