Turbo Car PIP question

5.0.B.3 and 5.0.B.5.....do I get double counted when I repalce my downpipe with another downpipe? the downpipe is the only pipe between the exhaust mani and the cat.

The way my car's exhaust is set up, it goes turbo -> turbo exhaust manifold -> precat / downpipe -> Catalytic Convertor -> Catback exhaust.
