WTB Daily driver - yet still fun to drive

Hello,

I'm in search of a daily driver as I'm going to be doing supply work for the school boards in the fall and will be traveling a lot.

Here's an idea of what I've been looking at:

Nissan Sentra SER Spec-V
Mazdaspeed Protege
Subaru Impreza
Honda Civic SIR or SI
Acura RSX

I'm partial to Honda's and Subaru's but not exclusive to them.

Any other suggestions. The car I'm looking for must be a manual transmission and lower than 180km's on the clock. Nothing rusty or needing tons of work to certify and pass an etest.

I can go up to $4K. Snows tires included would be a bonus.
