What kind of cars are running in GT5?
What kind of cars are running at the top of the GT5 class and what kind of power are they making?
On average, how many cars enter a race in GT5? Thanks, Carthik |

Re: What kind of cars are running in GT5?
Hey Carthik,
Usually the cars running at the top of GT5 are Nissans with 2.0 N/A, Miatas, or Honda's with 1.6 vtec or 1.8/2.0 non vtec motors. Typically 150hp on average I would say, depending on weight. There's usually a field of 5 - 8 cars in GT5

Re: What kind of cars are running in GT5?
Has there ever been a race with less than 3 cars? How's the class looking for next season?
Would a B16 (stock motor) powered 96-00 civic be too fast for GT5? Are there any more details on the Hondas running in GT5 and perhaps GT4? Thanks, Carthik |

Re: What kind of cars are running in GT5?
I don't think you would be over powered...I run in GT4 (leading points) with a K20 motor (NA) and tend to see older Honda power in GT5. Predules and older civics are popular in GT5.

Re: What kind of cars are running in GT5?
To elaborate on what Nelson said there are more factors to consider such as vehicle weight , braking performance , and handling . Our Prelude is very heavy compared to our Focus but factor in the handling along with other variables and they run similar lap times in their current configuration .
