2012 Fall Drivers/Organizers meeting
The 2012 Meeting will take place at the Sheraton Parkway, 404 and hwy 7. Saturday November 10th. The same day as the CASC awards banquet.
The Organizers meeting will be from 12:00pm to 1:00pm and the drivers meeting and workshop will be from 1:00pm to whenever you run out of questions ...  I will endeavour to get an AV show from the last season there for your viewing pleasure, including in-car action.

I would like to get a general consensus as to how many racers will be coming to this meeting at 1:00pm
I would like to show the new street stud tire as well as the other tires that we run , plus videos and media during the meeting ... This will not be like meetings in the past as we have a lot more time, and a better venue to put on a better symposium, so to speak ... I may even be able to have our new sponsor, the owner of the Minden CT store there in attendance ... So who's all in?

Come on guys what would you like to see? footage from last season? Bloopers? In car footage? We have to pump this up, I'm bringing the meeting to you, as most of the racers come from the GTA, and I want to give you a real meeting! Especially for the rookies that want to sign up and make it part of their race season.

I'l be there, just spoke to Stef - he'll be there, talked to Steve and Ian - they'll be there.
I can bring a highlite DVD from 2010 season - MR2 incar video RWD both Street Studs and Studs races

I will be a newbie to this form of racing and will be going to the meeting. hoping to learn the in's and out's to preparing my awd turbo talon and myself to some fun on ice this winter.

May be i'm confused, but, the agenda appears to put the drivers meeting at 2:00 pm not at 1:00 pm ???

Awesome! I do hope that the few that frequent this forum has spread the word ..I was a little remiss in getting the date and time out to all the club newsletters but I think I did contact all the organizers and such so ...
I'll be looking forward to meeting you all on the 10th ... And hopefully, a brand new addition to the racing fraternity ...
