Event 4 - Results posted - PMSC - Peterborough, ON

The 4th event and the half way point of the 2014 Mobil1 Championship Series presented by Toyo Tires took place Sunday July 20th at Kawartha Downs, just outside of Peterborough. Sixty-one competitors took in 6 runs each under a mix of sun and clouds.

The course proved even more challenging then earlier events with a penalty of some sort called on over 48% of the runs attempted. 47 of the penalties were DNF's and 134 runs had cones down with a total of 217 cones hit.

The top four places in the Pax index class, each came from a different class family. (How's that for parity?) The top three in both Raw time and Pax were identical, with Ralf K coming out on top, Mike A in second, and Steven D and third. Congratulations to all of you.

Check out the results here:
I apologize on the delay for the overall results, are still are work in progress, they will be posted here within the next week, I'll update the post when they are ready.

My fastest time of the day included a cone. Gap on PAX to overall win: 1.946 seconds.

Now that I have that off my chest, I don't have access to the first two events to push the results in the year end format we need with v13 of the software.

To do this I need to re-install v14 on my pc, but it won't let me do that due to a licensing issue (and I don't want v14 touching the timing PC because it's junk), so I've been back and forth with support for the past couple of days to try and sort it out, unfortunately no closer right now then when I started last week, other then sinking about 8 hours into it so far.

I have a couple other things to try before I start typing all of event 1 & 2's data in manually into the older version later this week.

Re: Event 4 - Results posted - PMSC - Peterborough, ON

Hey Cliff

I'm have no clue how PAXed overall results are computed for Autocross, but if there is a manual way of doing it through excel or something, I volunteer to do the manual labour as I've plenty of experience doing such things for OTA.

I can work off the currently posted results so long as I know how the points are computed.

let me know if I can help out in anyway.
