Splitter Diffusers

Thinking of doing a diffuser treatment to my front splitter for next year. Searched the the CCDB PIP Schedule for something that talks to this but to no avail. The closest I found was:

5.1.A3.6 - Installation of dive planes, rear defusers, non-OE flat underbody treatments aft of the front axle, removal of all or part of rear OE bumper skin (any or all).

It's close w.r.t. dive planes achieving a similar end to the splitter diffuser (more front downforce) but obviously not the same thing.

As it is not mentioned anywhere in the PIP schedule, is it an explicit "NO" or implicit "YES"?

Re: Splitter Diffusers

Do you have a picture of what you plan to do?
