Via the UK Motorsport Industry Association, EU's new requirement for currently unavailable unlimited 3rd-party liability has become an urgent problem.

Yes, for real! BARC England is one of the many organizations trying to debate against this law. If it goes through, it could end racing in Europe, from club events to F1.

as always, follow the money. Motorsports will be exempt. I have been involved with this kind of thing with my kart club albeit on a local level and for a different reason. Once city hall became "actually" informed at the meeting we were declared exempt.

The Big problem is the word unlimited- no insurance company in the world would even sell you insurance with the wording unlimited.
