Informal Tech of Vehicle

Looking to enter the series this year for at least one of the remaining weekends in GT Sprints at CTMP and was wondering if it were possible to pay for an informal tech of my vehicle prior to my arriving for my first race to avoid any issues at the last minute that I may have overlooked.
Vehicle is a former GT car last ran in the series in 2013 with logbook.

Re: Informal Tech of Vehicle

Ed, another option for you is to attend the next event Friday test day for seat time and work out any setup issues, then get tech at the end of the day regardless if you plan to race that weekend or not.

If it passed tech before and you read the rulebook and checked dated items it is very unlikely there could be anything that would prevent a pass.

Re: Informal Tech of Vehicle

Yes it is Dave.

Thanks for the reply Doug, I'm just going through my medical (what with having to get an ecg and all) so I can apply for my B license.
I have a couple of my own club test days before the July 28th weekend and if I'm up to speed and sorted I will be at that event.
I may pick your brain a little as well - as I picked up a GT3 race truck.

PM me any time or send a text or email. That truck will run very well. Let us know if you need ny help. Plan to park with the other trucks, typically east side of lower paddock at Mosport.
