2002 Honda Civic SiR with LSD!

Hey all, got myself a WRX and I cant have 2 cars, so the civic has to go.

2002 Honda Civic SiR hatchback
Silver
199 XXXkm
Manual trans (5spd)
K20a3

I really really like this car, but I got a WRX for an amazing price and just couldnt pass it up.

The only mod I have done is install a helical limited slip differential. When I did this I put in all new OEM honda bearings and OEM honda synchros with the updated carbon 3rd gear synchro and a new exedy clutch. all around 10 000km ago. I also have the original stock transmission still. I bought a spare, tore it down, installed the LSD, bearings, synchros, and then swapped it into the car. the old transmission is totally fine, just has an open diff.

Right now, its got hella driving lights on custom brackets and red rallyarmor mudflaps. This can be removed (I'd like to keep them, but negotiable if anyone is a much of a rally dork as I am).

Lots of maintenance done. Oil changes done ever 3-5000km with synthetic and OEM honda filters. honda MTF trans oil change twice since the rebuild.
Valve cover gasket and valve adjustment
Spark plugs
LF wheel bearing
RF ball joint (Moog...oem not available)
Both outer tie rod ends
Alignment
Rear brakes (aftermarket rotors and EBC green pads)
Idler and tensioner pulleys (turned out to only need tensioner pulley, but I replaced them both because I had bought them)
Gatorback serp belt
K&N drop in air filter
Drivers seatbelt buckle/pretensioner
2 New (less than 2000km) Falken Ziex 912s

All above has been done within the last 15 000km.

All parts have always been OEM unless otherwise stated.

Everything works on the car (sunroof, AC, Keyless entry, power/heated mirrors, all that jazz)

The car is not cosmetically perfect. Some stone chips on the front bumper. couple tiny rust spots on the passenger fender. One rust spot where the rear bumper meets the passenger side quarter panel near the tail light. One rust spot on the bottom of the passenger side door. The car has been rust proofed, so its by no means a rot box. these spots are from unattended to stone chips and things like that.

Also, the rear wiper arm is gone. the motor still works fine and the sprayer nozzle works great (fires washer fluid about 15ft staight behind you). There is also a miniscule stone chip on the windshield that has been there for about 2 years without becoming a problem.

The car comes with 4, 2 season old yokohama IG20 winter tires on 15X7 alluminum rims.

I'm looking to get $4000.

PM me for pics, contact info, etc. located in guelph.
