Speedorama booth volunteers needed!!!

Attention all Solo competitors. Solo 1 and Solo 2 will be sharing a booth at the 'Speedorama' car show again this year (held annually at the CNE) and we need YOUR help to man the booth on January 24th, 25th and 26th. Our reason for attending the show is to promote our sport and to attract new competitors to the series'. Growing the sport will benefit us all, since it will allow us to attract more sponsors, help keep per competitor costs down, and increase competition thereby making the series' that much more fun for all of us. Solo is true grassroots motorsports and we need grassroots support from all our competitors! So please support your series and volunteer some of your time at Speedorama.

We need volunteers to man the booth in either the morning or afternoon of Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have volunteers that will take care of setting up the booth on Thursday night and packing it up on Sunday evening.

Ok, here's where things stand with the Speedorama booth so far:

Thursday night set-up: myself, Adam, Chris Atkins, as well as a Solo Director or two

Friday morning: Al Byrne (and Andy Chmura?)

Friday afternoon: Andy Chmura (and Al Byrne?)

Friday evening: Wes and Sonia Tanney

Saturday morning: Jay Fram and John Hyslop and son

Saturday afternoon: Rowan Kerr and Gary Howard

Saturday evening: ____________ and ______________

Sunday morning: Tom Lichti and Pat Harrison

Sunday afternoon: Adam Hutchinson and Patrick Yorke

Sunday teardown: Adam, Chris Atkins, and myself

As you can see, we still need two people to do the Saturday night shift (I can no longer do this shift) but we're otherwise in pretty good shape. A couple more Friday bodies would be helpful, since it's a lot to ask Al and Andy to do a full day shift.

I can be there in the afternoon Sun as well... provided that I can find a place to stash the rig on the CNE grounds til closing time. I may also be able to swing by after work on Friday, but I'm not 100% sure.
