The 16" Skyline wheels are an ET of 40, and yes they clear the 67 mm hub.
They also fit Mitsubish and Mazda.

MORE TIRES TO ADD TO THE LIST

Just in time for Perce Neige, Sno Drift and the rally cross series. The following tires have been prepped for winter rallies or are winter rally tires. Not suitable for the street.

Set of Yokohama Guardex 721, 195/65R15 snow/ice tire. Tractionized and edges grooved. Set of 5, in excellent condition. $600 for the set.

Yokohama IG 10, 195/65/15 Snow/ice tires, Tractionized and edges grooved. 3 are pretty good condition, 4 are in good condition. Set of 7. $560

Pirelli SA1 deep snow tires, 15" 135/85 R15 like new condition. (these tires are used in the same condition as the Michelin C5/G series of snow tires) Set of 6 $900.

The above Pirelli tires are currently mounted on 15" steel wheels, 4x100 bolt pattern. If you need these wheels, and would like to leave the tires mounted, it will be $250 set of 6, extra.
