Great showing from all - Libre especially. Thanks to DAC & the drviers for far too much food, and much entertainment.

Re: DAC weekend at Shannonville

Thanks Dave.
I really like the looks of your racer, satin black with flames out the back.
I hope you got some D.A.C. beers?
Cheers

Re: DAC weekend at Shannonville

The only thing a hate about Shannonville is we all have great racing lines by the last race Sunday .....then we don't come back till next season.

I wonder how many racers would like 2 Shannonvilles per season??

Do Pro Track one weekend and Long Track the other?

curious dave

A big thanks to DAC and all the workers for a great weekend, including some lovely grub on Saturday evening. The roast beef was so good I took a couple of extra slices for my Sunday lunch.

I second that Al.

I really really don't like Full Track at Shannonville. Its a fun track to drive, but you spend so much time in little fiddly bits of track just trying to make the car go fast.

However it may just be the fact that both of us have RX7's without any torque and its a bear to keep them on the pipe so to speak. Oh yeah, that and the fact that the whole mid part of the track (from Turn 2 to the Fabi back straight) seems to be at 9,000 rpm in second, LOL.

Thanks for a great weekend. Also thanks for the great support from Gateway Racing Inc., Miller Precision Custom Vehicle Transportation (without his excellent professional service we wouldn't have been able to make it to the races), and Fatcock Jeans for all of our excellent graphics making our car look top notch See you all in Calabogie in July

Re: DAC weekend at Shannonville

Any racings good fun. Thanks. Also Thanks to Andy Bearrs crew for looking at our engine and Ian Madden for tuning our ECU. We got 6000rpm instead of only 5200, still down about 1500rpm but it got the car to the finish.

Re: DAC weekend at Shannonville

Two race weekends at Shannonville (long track is my preference, for obvious reasons, but run one long and one pro)

Two race weekends at Calabogie too please.
