Official Results Thread - Events 2 & 3

I'm pleased to finally announce that the results are up for events 2 & 3, including the Change CRAFTER Service championship. This was scored based on the best PAX'ed Day 1 and Day 2 times.

Congratulations to Daniel F for winning the Change CRAFTER Service championship weekend, Wes was the runner up 0.756 seconds behind first place, and Marshall is in third place 1.956s behind the leader. For the full Change CRAFTER Service results see: http://solo2.casc.on.ca/events/resul...overy1_pax.htm

I apologize for the delay in getting the results up, day 2 needed to be reconstructed from the logs, and it took a while to sort through and remove some of the 1000+ duplicate/unimportant lines so that proper results could be generated. Year end and class points will be up by the weekend.

Please pm or email me if you notice any errors in the results.

10pm Thursday: Results updated, overall and class points are now posted.

What happened to day 1 times? I seem to not have one, I remember it being posted as like 108 or something. Just checked again, yeah on Day 1 I was .1 behind Alain so 108.2xx was my time. Could it be because they had me in ASP for day 1 by accident and when changed to BSP lost my time?

Day 1 times are there and should be fine. Pm me your car number/name and I'll look into & correct it.

Great job Cliff! Fixing your car and the results, busy week!

Thanks to all in timing, it's a thankless job I know.

A big thanks to both SPDA and St.Lac. for putting on an enjoyable and memorable weekend.

Re: Official Results Thread - Events 2 & 3

could've sworn my day 1 times were 10 seconds faster... but then again... I'm sure everyone says that

If the board was showing 1:53 for my last run of day 1... it should be 113, shouldn't it? But that would make it pretty strange compared to the rest of the times in my class and against my only other clean run... so either the board was lying to me or standing out in the sun for 4 hours melted my brain and I was hallucinating at the end of the 4th run. Not that I'm disputing the results, I'm just sure I remembered something different. Fun was had regardless.

Allen, I'll take a look in the logs - could be possible that the time was from the car ahead of you if the display froze (the display always shows raw times, it never includes penalties), or I may have missed something in the logs.

Side note: I will be updating the results to scramble the last names later today, apologies for missing that setting.

Re: Official Results Thread - Events 2 & 3

thanks Cliff!!

having done a manual re-organization of an entire year worth of Solosprint results, i know how much of a pain in the ass the process is.

Good to know i would have won my class had it not been for some random cone (i still dont know which one.. and i had a radio in my car the whole time )

Re: Official Results Thread - Events 2 & 3

Good job James for the FTD...my last run would have been enough, but I hit a cone and had a passenger with me ( I'm pretty sure he's going to buy a Subaru now) .

Congrats to Daniel, Wes and Marsh!

Thanks Cliff!

hey, what about things like the novice standings and the club-championships? Or is that a year end thing?
