We have some space for rent in the shop. It's about 40' X 12'. Perfect for someone that wants a place to store and work on their car(s). The space is heated and has air and electric outlets installed.
We're looking for someone to rent year-round, not just winter storage.

There are many related car services in the immediate and surrounding buildings, including body work, alignment, parts store, aluminum welding, scales, upholstery, etc. etc. We have arranged for trailer storage across the street (price to be determined)
We'd also look at splitting the space in 1/2.
$700/month for the whole space or $400/month for each half.

We can also provide fabrication and race preparation, if required.
