FD3S - RX-7 performance parts
If you were thinking of building an FD race car this is for you! Our race team is currently in the process of evaluating our propulsion and we have lots of parts to sell while sorting that out. (We are talking PP 3-rotor, LSX, even considering a Turbine!.....well maybe not a turbine but you get the idea)
-All Prices are PICKED UP in OTTAWA AREA, specifically Almonte. -All Prices are OBO (within reason.).....and in RED -Please PM me with your queries as I am sure there are details I have forgotten to include 1. GT35R Turbo kit, RX7 Store manifold, dual 38mm Tial waste gates, 3" downpipe with dual O2 sensor bungs and EGT bung. Approximately 2 hours run time on new Garrett center section. Complete with AN oil and coolant lines. +Spare GT 35R turbo, needs Garrett center section exchange, housings/turbine wheels good. Complete kit. $3650. new / $1800 2. T04Z Turbo kit, 2 hours on new turbo. A-Spec, T4 divided manifold with dual egt bungs,Ceramic Coated ,T-4 Split Flange configuration. 4" Downpipe with 3” V-band at Turbine end and O2 and egt bungs, Tial V44 wastegate with 0 hours on factory rebuild. Vband wastegate fittings, plumbed back to downpipe. Complete AN oil and coolant and vacuum lines. +Spare T04Z turbo, needs Garrett center section exchange, housings/turbine wheels good .Complete kit $3699 new. / $1900. 3. V-mount Intercooler Rotary Extreme 3” in/out, Koyo V-mount radiator, OE dual rad fans, All required tubing/silicone hoses/clamps , $2400 new. Turbonetics Godzilla Blow Off Valve, $491 new. Greddy Elbow, $139 new. Complete kit $1500 4. Race prepped intake system. TB/UIM/LIM , matched and major porting , All excess casting material removed, lightweight billet fuel rail, High Flow primary/secondary Injectors, All AN insulated/abrasion guard fuel hoses/fittings. Complete kit $1000 5. Pineapple racing oil pan with minimal runtime, modified by Mazdees to take Cosmo lower pickup, as well as baffling $450 new / $300 6. 1 set 3mm Ceramic Apex Seals , 2 piece (NRS Brand) $2040 new / $1500 no springs (BRAND NEW) 7. Complete electronic package including: -Apexi PFC ECU with Commander, Fuel pump driver circuit non-operational (Not needed in race car application, override switch used) Includes several RACE SPECIFIC Maps for both street port and bridge port applications. new $950. - FC datalogit, for use with PFC, allows complete data logging and tuning capabilities. new $299 - Greddy Profec B turbo boost controller kit. new $399. -Innovate Motorsports LC1 02 sensor/reader , New $199. -DL32 data logger system , new $499 - GM 3 bar MAP sensor, new $85. -FD engine wiring harness, modified from new factory part. all non-vital wires for race application removed (not street worthy) New OEM price, $700. Over $3400 value new. $1600 8. Autometer Phantom series Gauges, 2 1/8 Diameter, including mechanical oil pressure, electronic fuel pressure, coolant temp, oil temp, diff temp, trans temp, boost, voltage. New $48. to $62. ea, $25.Ea Autometer Sportcomp 10K tachometer with strobe type shift light. New $209. $125. 9. Racing Beat front sway bar with nylon bushings and mount brackets, mint (UNUSED) condition. $165. new, / $125. 10. -2 FD 5 speed transmissions, 1 serviceable used in race car application, speedometer drive removed. 1 with failed third gear but includes all new factory parts ($600. worth) to overhaul, also has speedo drive removed. $500. takes all 11. Tial MV- R 44 mm Wastegate new liquid cooled type, 3 laps use at Mosport during test run $425 new / $375. 12. Tial WG springs, .5,-.75,-.9 Bar Springs for Tial V-44 Wastegate . $20 Ea 13. Water pump with less than 20 minutes runtime. Water pump housing lightened (excess brackets removed) $100. Complete with air pump elimination idler pulley and belt. 14. Boost Solenoid valve , $20. 15. Unorthodox Racing underdrive pulleys, Extra E-shaft pulley with no power steering included , new $385. $250. 16. Bully Clutch stage 3 , $100 17. ACT pro-lite 8.5 Lb. Lightweight Flywheel new $265, with counterweight, new $159. $300 for both 18. 2x new OEM Clutch Slave cylinders, $20. ea 19. New OEM clutch master cylinder, $20. 20. OEM left hand drive Brake/Clutch pedal box, Brake booster, Master cylinder, ABS controller, under hood brake lines, $300. 21. 4.3 Final Drive Gears, $300 22. 2x Starter Motor, $100 ea 23. New OE alternator (not reman) 10 hours use. $265 new $100 24. Modified power steering pump bracket, lightened, AC mount portion removed . $50. complete with pump, unorthodox aluminum pulley and hoses. 25. 1x 4.10:1 rear differential with modified casing for temperature sensor, fluid draw and return lines with AN fittings. $250 26. 1x 3.90:1 rear differential with modified casing for temperature sensor, fluid draw and return lines with AN fittings. $250 27. 1x stock 3.90 rear differential $250 27. 1x stock 4.10 rear differential $250 TAKE THE WHOLE LOT FOR $8,000!!! At this point in time I prefer to sell all above items as a whole kit of items i.e. the TB/UIM/LIM with fuel rail and injectors instead of parting out. If sufficient interest arises with respect to parting out items it will be considered. I will have photos of the above items in the next day or so and am happy to send them to interested parties. A whole bunch of guys at rx7club Ontario are about to start crying,
.Go V8, they just sound cool. A 3 rotor is also pretty good and it sounds like an F1 car, lol. Both are very consistent and have a lot of history behind them. Eric |

Thank you kindly for the offer Terrh however I think at this point in time we are going to pursue just an engine as opposed to a whole vehicle, just a bit simpler for our application. A cosmo would be an awesome addition to the stable though!!! GLWS Lots of parts left guys! |

Hey Pat, I'm not sure if you remember me or not, I'm Ted Rose's son. It's been a couple years since I was last up at your place and I still have yet to see this RX-7.
Back on topic though, A buddy of mine is interested in your clutch and the waterpump. He would really like to see some photos of both of them, and also find out roughly how much life is left in that clutch. The Saenz mounts up quite well to our new setup. We fired the engine up tonight and hopefully will be ready for September - UPS has lost our cv joints/stub axles and its hard to dyno test and corner weight without them.
