FS: 1995 240sx LE w/Sr20det

I received the following car on a trade at the end of last season. I have had to invest some cash into it very recently to get it running properly and would not be selling if it were not for a lack of parking spots in a condo that I am moving to...This is not a "fire" sale, but i am looking to sell quickly - lowballers will be ignored.

1995 Nissan 240sx LE (with 5lug, leather, VLSD, pwr windows, doors & sunroof) w/290,000km on chassis

Specs:
• SR20DET redtop swap (runs amazing no knocks,ticks,funny noises)(approx. 70-100k km on the SR20DET)
• JDM front mount intercooler
• 17” MB Battle's
• Megan Racing Downpipe 3" stainless steel
• Top power 3" stainless steel exhaust
• Tanabe Coilovers
• Z32(300zx) front and rear brake conversion w/front stainless steel braided lines
• Brand new pads on front lots left on back, rotors are in decent shape
• Polyurethane bushings, rear upper control arms
• JDM short shifter
• Nardi wheel
• Auto meter Boost / Oil Press Gauge
• E-test Valid until June 20th
• Rear tires new as of last year (Federal 595's , 245/40/17) , Fronts new as of last week (Nankang NS2, 225/45/17)
• Floor under driver’s seat has been repaired – looks to be a well-done job
• Underbody/Frame is in good shape - given the age, it may have had a repair + undercoating, does look good though.
• Major fluids recently changed (engine, tranny, diff, power steering, clutch, brake)
• Earls Power Steering kit (replaces oem high pressure line) installed on car
• Stainless steel fuel lines (replaces oem lines) installed on car
• New front tie rods
• Exedy stage 2 clutch installed

Issues:
• Rust near windshield (bubbling)
• Windshield cracked in corner
• Driver seat has tear
• Rocker panels has holes in two spots (currently has black vinyl strip covering holes, hides it pretty well)

The car accelerates, turns and stops predictably, reliably and with no fuss - It is a solid car (except for the two holes) and has no issues other than the ones outlined above. As I mentioned, the only reason I am looking to sell is that I am moving into a condo and would like to consolidate rides due to parking restrictions.

Given all of the above and my motivation to sell.....I am looking for $5,500 OBO.
