i dunno about that, my time that sunday was 1 second quicker than the saturday (66.5 vs 67.5)

during this past saturday i ran a 68.5 counter clock wise after the rain..

but, last year i scored 99 points according to pax and this year i got 100 points for going 1 second slower..

i'm just trying to figure out how the wet-transition-into-dry affects the theoreticals.

my car this year has seen a number of fine suspension tuning and feels much better than last year.. the timer says i'm slower but pax says i'm faster

argggg

Serge, there is always less grip after the rain, so, if we only cosider grip, you should be slower after the rain. I believe, this is the case for me this year as well (as far as I can remember, as I don't have old results stored locally) - I am slower than I was last year in the same configuration, but scored better. (Note - no changes to the car at all.) This difference is not so obvious for us in Time Attack, as not everybody is on slicks, we put less rubber on the track. In my kart racing (where everybody is on true racing slicks) the difference is much bigger - up to 2-3 seconds per 40-seconds lap between fresh and rubbered-in track. Alex

I think I went faster this year but there were some car changes that might of had an effect. :P

i think your decal arrangement this year was a bit more aerodynamic.

It is the little tweaks that make all the difference. Going from a 235 to 315 rear tire seemed to improve rear grip a bit, much more stable through the corners. Or something.
