Online Rule Book?
OK there are now 2 weeks left before the WOSCA lapping day and there is still no online 2006 Solo-1 rule book that I can find. Is there NOBODY in Solo-1 that has a pdf or word doc of the rule book they can share? I thought solo-1 was supposed to be a step up? I am comitted to following the CASC-OR safety regulations, but CASC-OR seems to not want to tell me what those safety regulations are. How is it possible that I'm the only person upset by this? It's pretty embarrassing telling guys from the US they have to follow a rule book that doesn't exist.
I NEED A RULE BOOK!
