Description

The car started life as a 1992 Z07 Corvette coupe where it was driven as a weekend car until 1996 where it was taken off the road and converted into a showroom stock racecar by Peter Hanson from DECH Motorsports. The car competed very successfully and in 2004-2005 it underwent a major re-build to bring it to its current Lightweight specification. Every single component on the entire car was inspected, replaced, or upgraded. No cost was spared in preparing this car. Extensive time was spent in developing a fast and reliable racecar with all systems made as efficient as possible.

Since completing the build the car has had very little use (it is perfectly straight with no accidents) and is ready to race. It is being sold with two complete sets of wheels (12 Wheels in all) and a number of fully useable spare tires. This car is not a project and requires no further investment to race; it is truly a turn-key race car (or an excellent lapping day car). The asking price is a small fraction of the build cost and it would be impossible to re-create this car for twice the money. Reason for sale: Personal & Business commitments have changed our racing plans.
