Hi everyone. I was just speaking to Jennifer in the office and she informed me that over 60% of the profiles in our members database no longer have photos on file. This is a result of the computer hack we had earlier this year, but it is causing a serious delay in our ability to issue our 2026 licenses.
We are asking everyone that works as an official or runs as a competitors to please log in to the members database (https://members.casc.on.ca/) to confirm that their profile has a photo, and if they do not, to please up load one. Remember, we need passport style photos - no hats, no sunglasses, just a head shot. A quick selfie should be fine... Without a photo, we cannot issue you a license. Please check your profile today.
