This will serve as notice of the annual general meeting of Canadian Automobile Sport Clubs - Ontario Region which will take place on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 1:00 PM.
The meeting be an in-person meeting and will take place in the main meeting room at the building which houses the CASC-OR offices

We plan to also permit participation over Zoom, with details of this will be communicated separately closer to the time of the meeting.
The purposes of the meeting will be
- presentation of the financial statement for the preceding year (2021)
- presentation of directors reports
- election of officers and directors
- President (2 Year Term)
- Treasurer (2 Year Term)
- Time Attack Director (2 Year Term)
- Ice Race Director (2 Year Term)
- presentation of CASC transition from paper based to online licensing and multi-year licensing
Per the bylaws a nominations committee will be appointed for all elected positions on the Board Of Directors which are open. Members of affiliated clubs who would be prepared to serve on a nominations committee should notify the Board of Directors of their willingness to participate by emailing directors@casc.on.ca.
A slate of nominees will be published as part of the meeting agenda which will be sent closer to the meeting date.
Each club must complete the linked Form Of Voting Proxy to designate the person who will vote on behalf of their club prior to the start of the meeting or they will be ineligible to participate in any voting.
