  • VARAC Classic
  • VARAC Vintage/Historic

In addition, we are pleased to welcome the FEL Sports Car Championship Canada to the event as a guest series.

A few things to note for you about the event.

COVID-19 Protocols

In response to Ontario moving into Step 2 of the roadmap to reopening we have increased the number of people you can register as crew to driver plus six crew members. All crew members must be named on your event entry and register through our registration process (meaning they need to provide a waiver).

All participants in the event will be required to go through registration where they will go through a verbal COVID-19 screening process to enter the registration building and again when registering, and the result recorded. Anyone who does not pass screening will not be admitted to the event.

This will not be a spectator event.  Having spectators from the general public introduces additional concerns so at this time we will not be allowing people who are not registered into the event.

New Entry Process

Entries are open at

There are some small changes to the online entry process that have been decided by the CASC-OR race committee. The goal is to get entries in earlier to give event organizers a better picture of how many entries they will have before the weekend of the event for planning purposes.

It was decided by the CASC-OR race committee that all entries will require a credit card to process through MotorsportReg.

  • credit card information will be taken at time of entry
  • charge will not be made to the card until July 8 (10 days prior to the event)

The existing CASC-OR refund policies still apply. If an entry is withdrawn before the event starts, a full refund is given less applicable credit card fees (approximately 5%). Otherwise a credit is given which can be used towards any future CASC-OR race event.

A late entry fee of $110 will be applied to any entries received after July 7.

Now, we know that this event hasn’t been able to be confirmed until very close to the event date, and these processes are being used for the first time.

If this affects you personally and you have questions, talk to us at
