This event is hosted by the British Automobile Racing Club - Ontario Centre. As the name of the event suggests, this event is for open wheel vehicles.
This race weekend will feature six run groups of open wheel cars, and it will be run under CASC-OR and VARAC rules. Here are the details:
- Toyo F1600 Championship - Run under CASC-OR rules
- F1200 Challenge Cup 1200's - Run under CASC-OR and VARAC rules
- Formula Ford - HFF, CFF, PCF, MF - Run under CASC-OR and VARAC rules
- Formula Libre - Sub 1:26 lap times at CTMP - F1000, F3000, FIA F4, CDN F4, Formula Atlantic, Formula Renault, Indy Lights, Pro Mazda, etc. - Run under CASC-OR rules
- Monoposto Formula Classic, Monoposto F2, FB, Formula Junior, Formula Historic, Monoposto Formula Vee, etc. - Run under CASC-OR and VARAC rules
- Monoposto Formula 70, VARAC Formula 90 (built between 1990 & before 2006), Formula Mazda, F2000, F5000, Vintage F2, Super Vee, Vintage Formula Atlantic, etc. 2026 A2V series (Vintage Formula Atlantic, F2 and Super Vee's) have confirmed their attendance!! - Run under CAC-OR and VARAC rules
The race weekend schedule will include 20 minutes of practice, 20 minutes of qualifying and three 25-minute races for each run group – the best deal in racing – 115 minutes of track time at the world-renowned Canadian Tire Motorsports Park all for $760 CDN!!!.
- The optional test day on the 24th will alternate between the Formula Libre grid and the other grids to avoid placing race cars with fast closing rates on track with slower race cars - 2.5 hours of track time will be available during the test day.
