2026 CASC-OR Annual General Meeting

The 2026 CASC-OR Annual General Meeting will take place on Saturday, November 21, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites.

The Annual General Meeting is an important opportunity for CASC-OR member clubs and their delegates to come together, review the past year, discuss the future of the organization, and participate in decisions that help shape our sport.

2026 Board Elections

This year's agenda includes elections for the following Board positions:

• President

• Treasurer

• Time Attack Director

All member clubs are encouraged to ensure they are represented at the meeting.

Nominations for Board positions may be submitted by club delegates in advance or made during the meeting. Anyone nominated must provide written confirmation accepting the nomination and agreeing to serve if elected, or attend the meeting in person to verbally confirm their acceptance.

Club Representation & Proxy Voting

All member clubs must advise CASC-OR who will be exercising their voting rights at the Annual Members' Meeting.

Please complete the CASC-OR Proxy Voting Form to confirm one of the following:

• Who your club has assigned to attend and vote on its behalf.

• Whether your club is assigning its proxy to the CASC-OR President.

Please ensure the form is submitted so your club's voting representation is clearly established before November 11th, 2026.

A Message from the President

After five years as CASC-OR President, the current President's term is coming to an end, and it is time to pass the role on to the next person.

The President would like to extend sincere thanks to all current and past Board members for their commitment and dedication to the organization. Many of these individuals also serve as event officials and volunteers, often while competing themselves, in addition to fulfilling their Board responsibilities.

Their time, effort, and continued commitment play an important role in supporting CASC-OR and the future of our sport.

Thank you to everyone who has contributed and continues to contribute to our organization.

All meetings and events will take place at the Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites:

• 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Annual Ice Racing Meeting

• 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM: Race Workshop

• 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: CASC-OR Annual General Meeting

• Evening: Annual Race Division Dinner & Awards Ceremony
