Good morning Everyone!

Drivers/ Car owners/ volunteers

Move in starts on Thursday @ 7am . I'll be there to assist from start to finish. I encourage everyone to get there as early as possible to beat the move in rush. 

For volunteers coming Friday -Saturday -Sunday. Your passes will be at the main gate, will call under your names. A big thank you to all that reached out wanting to help at our Motorama 2024 booth. We wish we could have said yes to you all.

Hello Ice Racers. At the year end meeting we said we’d send out a quick questionnaire regarding the year-end banquet and awards. Thanks to Elaine Willis for researching venues for us and creating the QUESTIONNAIRE.

Please take 5 minutes to let us know your preference:

1) a sit down dinner

2) a late afternoon reception

3) wait and hand out the awards at the fall Ice Racing Meeting

4) you likely won’t attend whatever we choose
