Canadian Automobile Sports Club President Gunter Schmidt presented the 2020 Bob McCallum Scholarship recipient cheque to Connor Clubine at the CASC-OR Race weekend July 4/5.
The Bob McCallum scholarship was established in 2019 to provide financial assistance to first year Motorsport competitors, competing in the F1200, Toyo F1600 or Formula Libra CASC-OR Championship series.
With two of the three CASC-OR Regional Clubs who had agreed to hold events for the 2020 season currently unable to host or confirm any events due to circumstances beyond their control, the Autoslalom Director has made the unfortunate decision to cancel the 2020 CASC Regional Autoslalom Series. Any CASC member who purchased a CASC Class D license will receive their 2021 Class D license at no charge. Thank you.
