The CASC-OR forums have been replaced by the CASC-OR Ice Racing Facebook group , the group is a great resource to reach out to experienced ice racers to ask questions and get help.
Make sure to get a copy of the current season ice racing rulebook (you should see a Rules section in the sidebar at left where you can download it - and print your own).
