Good morning people.
I just wanted to send a quick thank you to everyone that helped out at the 2026 CASC-OR Touring Races this weekend.  I know we were short staffed in a couple of areas (due in no small part to the VARAC Vintage Grand Prix the weekend before), but the event was a success from the racers' standpoint, so thank you very much.

I have been told the volunteer meals at SMP and CMP are generally "better" than those at CTMP so I asked Susan at Trackside to "up her game" this past weekend.  I also bumped her budget.  I hope the lunches and dinner were well received.  We had 111 people on the "worker list" for the event, but we only served 53 dinners.  Is that a reflection of the meals in the past?  Just looking for a way to estimate our "dinner orders" in the future.

Along those same lines, we had 111 workers, but only 51 e-mails.  If you are a department head for the marshals, or ORP, please see that this e-mail is shared with your people.  We use the MSR system to direclty link to our competitors - it would be nice if we had eveyrone's e-mails so we can reach out the workers this same way.
